The Sr Specialist – Analytics role offers an exciting opportunity to combine strategy, analytics, and business leadership—driving measurable impact in a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, influence business strategy, and drive measurable impact across functions.

About the Role
● Develop Business Strategy through Analytics
➔ Partner with leadership to apply data insights in shaping business and
product strategy.
➔ Drive data-led decision-making across functions including Marketing,
Product and Sales.
● Data Analysis & Insights
➔ Interpret large data sets to identify growth opportunities, operational
efficiencies, and customer behavior patterns.
➔ Translate findings into clear business recommendations.
● Performance Measurement & Reporting
➔ Develop KPIs, dashboards, and business scorecards to track performance

and enable leadership visibility.
● Predictive & Advanced Analytics
➔ Support in building models for forecasting, churn prediction, and customer
segmentation.
● Cross-Functional Impact

➔ Collaborate with global teams to solve real business problems using data-
driven insights.

● Leadership Development
➔ Work on high-impact strategic projects, preparing you for future leadership
opportunities within LJI.

About You :

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and results-driven individual who comes with

  • MBA(Analytics) from a premier B School; Engineering background in CS/IT would be an added advantage
  • Strong foundation in analytics, statistics, and business problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A curious, ambitious, and collaborative professional eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
