As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer at Convin, you will play a key role in demonstrating the value of the AI-powered platform to prospective clients. You'll collaborate with the sales team, product managers, and technical experts to align the offerings with the customer's needs and pain points. Your ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value and facilitate smooth product adoption will be crucial to driving Convin's success. - Showcase product offerings and architecture to inspire confidence and address technical concerns - Understand customer objectives and pain points to deliver tailored product demonstrations - Lead solution design and product configuration processes - Act as a trusted advisor to clients and communicate technical information effectively - Provide business guidance and support RFP/RFI responses - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and maintain expertise in Convin's technology - Develop technical collateral and engage with customers throughout the pre-sales process - Contribute to a fast-paced sales environment Minimum qualifications for this role: - 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering role within a B2B SaaS company - Strong understanding of AI, cloud technologies, and contact centre operations - Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously - Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or call centre software - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Willingness to travel domestically Working at Convin offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant learning and development opportunities.
