About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with proven expertise in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX/UI design, experience with AI-assisted development tools, and a stable employment history. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers in an Agile environment, contributing to the development of applications that serve thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
  • Design responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with modern UX principles
  • Participate actively in Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
  • Implement state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase services
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or Codemagic
  • Conduct code reviews, write unit and widget tests, and optimize performance using analytics tools
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, with successful app deployments
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and accessibility standards
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Tabnine
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Stable employment history: no more than one job change in the past three years
  • Proficiency in state management, API integration, Firebase, and Git version control
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Docker
  • Contributions to open-source Flutter/Dart projects or active community participation
  • Familiarity with performance profiling and animation optimization
  • Understanding of data privacy and accessibility regulations
  • Prior experience in regulated industries such as fintech or healthcare

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive CTC range: ₹8.5 lakh – ₹18 lakh per annum
  • Top quartile compensation may exceed ₹20 lakh based on expertise and stability
  • Senior lateral hires may be eligible for packages up to ₹24.5 lakh or higher
