Job Title: Procurement QC Supervisor

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Salary: basic 12-14k + allowances

Job Description:

He shall have a university degree or equivalent and seven (7) years inspection experience or a high school diploma with ten years inspection experience with a minimum of three (3) years directly relating to supervision of vendor inspection

1. Ensures that procurement phase quality control requirements are being fulfilled. He shall be very well familiar with ISO , well aware of Saudi Aramco and International standards.
2. He shall be fully aware of the Project Material Management system of Saudi Aramco Projects. Coordination with SAIR, QA manager, PM in adherence to  the procurement quality control requirements.   
3. Review and submit the MR's, Review the P.O's prior to placement.
4. Preparation of IAP, arrange PIM, coordinate with TPI .
5. Review of Quality Documents ITP, Procedures, related to product manufacturing.
6. Ensure in process inspections and advance notification for the clients.
7. Liaise with SAVID, TPI , GAS procurement and expeditor for all Quality related issues and coordination.
8. Review the inspection reports and ensure the documents / records are up to date.
9. Prepare weekly monthly Procurement QC reports, two week look ahead fabrication inspection reports, update all procurement QC Log etc.
10. liaise and assist QA Manager for any Quality Concerns
11. He shall act and perform other activities as assigned by his direct reporting Manager.
