We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor who can ensure smooth operations on-site and coordinate between vendors, teams, and clients.

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all site activities, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong vendor management, customer handling, team coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth execution of production and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor production activities and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered as per requirements.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for clients/customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed professionally.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on site progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards on-site.
• Resolve site-related challenges promptly and escalate issues where necessary.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work quality, accuracy, and alignment with project specifications.
• Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain smooth communication between management, clients, and site teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Production, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Production Supervisor (mid-level).
• Strong understanding of site operations, project management, and production processes.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Good customer handling and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance regulations, and quality checks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹11, ₹31,543.95 per month
