We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Computer Operator GST to manage the day-to-day operations related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry, GST return filing, invoice uploading, and working with accounting software and GST portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management of GST-related transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, etc.).
  • Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
  • Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with purchase register.
  • Timely upload of sales and purchase invoices to the GST portal.
  • Assist in resolving GST-related queries and mismatches.
  • Maintain accurate records of all GST filings and communications.
  • Generate reports related to input tax credit (ITC), liability, and payment.
  • Ensure compliance with GST laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and auditors during tax assessments or audits.
  • Monitor GST notices and ensure timely responses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce or any related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in GST operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Tally, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of the GST portal and return filing process.
