Role -: Windows Admin LeadExperience -: 5 to 8 YrsLocation -: Delhi / NoidaMust Have-:Knowledge on SCCM, SCOMHands on experience with Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Defender, ATP and Windows 10/11Role and ResponsibilitiesMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in Windows OS SoE EngineeringShould have deeper understanding of Active Directory infrastructure, Network & StorageShould have deeper understanding of M365 suite of components SCCM, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Defender, ATP and Windows 10/11Should have advanced PowerShell scripting knowledge

Should be able to drive workshops with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and design Windows 10/11 SoEShould be able to assess the environment, business requirements and design Windows 10/11 SoE configurations

Should have prior experience in managing Windows 10/11 using SCCM as well as IntuneShould have experience on Windows SoE Image design, engineering and deployment

Assess the infrastructure and management tools and design Windows 10/11 feature upgrade Should have prior experience on Windows 10/11 Servicing using all available Servicing tools (SCCM Task Sequence, SCCM Servicing, Intune, WUFB)Should have experience on Windows Hello for Business and FIDO authentication standards

Should have prior experience with OSD and Application deployment with SCCMShould have prior experience with design and configuration of Complex Task Sequences in SCCMShould be able to identify & configure Windows 10/11 GPO policies

Should be able to do engineering for Workstation GPOsShould have prior experience in managing M365 Application deployment & servicing via SCCMShould have prior experience of managing Language packs for Windows 10/11 OS and M365 AppsShould have prior experience with Windows 10/11 Modern Provisioning solutions like Autopilot, Provisioning PackageShould have prior experience in creation, testing and implementing Windows 10/11 Servicing using SCCMShould have prior experience on performing hardware qualification for Windows 10/11Should have prior experience on managing drivers for all supported models on Windows 10/11 SoEShould have prior experience on L3 & L4 support for Windows 10/11 OS Should have prior experience with SSRS report creation and management

Should be able to perform application compatibility testing and application deployment

Co-ordinate with various stake holders to setup/configure the technical and environmental pre-requisites

Manage Bitlocker and Windows defender ATP policies as per organization requirements
