Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead production support activities for Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues in live environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA), post-mortem documentation, and preventive measures.
  • Monitor application health, performance, and integrations using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Oracle logs.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs and issue resolution.
  • Manage incident and problem tickets using ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Support quarterly patching, environment refreshes, and release management.
  • Provide technical guidance to support teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal governance policies.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business impact and prioritize fixes.

Required Skills:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Oracle SaaS technical support or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, and debugging application logs.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS components.
  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
