Abcam - SaaS Tech - PROD Support Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production support activities for Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues in live environments.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), post-mortem documentation, and preventive measures.
- Monitor application health, performance, and integrations using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Oracle logs.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs and issue resolution.
- Manage incident and problem tickets using ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Support quarterly patching, environment refreshes, and release management.
- Provide technical guidance to support teams and mentor junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal governance policies.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business impact and prioritize fixes.
Required Skills:
- 8–12 years of experience in Oracle SaaS technical support or administration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM).
- Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, and debugging application logs.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS components.
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
