We are looking for a Business Analyst (Associate level) to join our team This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow in business analysis. Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) are a must.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • Work with clients and internal teams to bridge gaps between business needs and technical solutions
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and process documentation
  • Conduct basic research and provide insights to help in decision-making
  • Participate in meetings, capture minutes, and track action items

What We're Looking For:

  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodologies is a plus
