Job Title: Office Peon / Office Boy

Job Summary

The Office Peon is responsible for providing general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role includes delivering messages, maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with routine tasks, and performing errands as required. The position requires reliability, honesty, and a helpful attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and office mail.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Support administrative staff in preparing and organizing materials.
  • Open and close the office daily; ensure lights, fans, and equipment are switched off when not in use.
  • Run errands such as purchasing office supplies or depositing cheques (if required).
  • Maintain and stock office supplies like stationery, paper, and pantry items.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum education: High school (10th grade) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in office support or housekeeping preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, punctual, and well-presented.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
