Job Title: HR Generalist & Admin
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in HR & Administration
About the Company:
We are a growing organization with diversified business interests in FMCG, Wellness, and NGOs. We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Generalist & Admin to join our team. The role requires a professional who can handle end-to-end HR operations along with day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and retention initiatives
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure statutory compliance with applicable labor laws
- Maintain HR records and update HRMS
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facilities management
- Support management with HR analytics and regular reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
