Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at our Bhopal location. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain stock levels, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring retail performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive shopping experience for customers. The Store Manager will also focus on achieving business targets and minimizing retail loss.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster a positive shopping experience
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through effective engagement and problem-solving
  • Experience in leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage store performance efficiently
  • Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
