Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture

  • Develop clean, modular Flutter code for complex UI flows, offline functionality, and multi-language support.
  • Establish and refine state-management patterns (Provider, Bloc) to keep the app responsive under heavy load.

Feature Delivery & Optimization

  • Take AI-powered features from prototype through animations, production release, and A/B testing.
  • Profile the app, identify bottlenecks, and apply fixes to improve performance.

DevOps & CI/CD

  • Own the mobile release pipeline end-to-end.
  • Automate testing, crash reporting, and analytics to collect actionable insights from user interactions.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Partner with backend, ML, and design teams to deliver accurate, real-time user experiences.
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and paired development.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience building Flutter and native Android/iOS apps (preferred).
  • Strong grasp of system design principles.
  • Proven skill in performance tuning (including Skia profiling).
  • Deep expertise in Dart, asynchronous programming, and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging).
  • Familiarity with mobile observability and instrumentation tools.
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing Play Store/App Store releases.
  • Proficient in testing at scale: golden tests, widget tests, and end-to-end tests (e.g., Patrol).
  • Habit of producing clear, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Drive to own features end-to-end, turn ideas into reliable software, and iterate quickly.

Job Type: Full-time
