About the jobJob Title: Senior DevOps EngineerDepartment: EngineeringLocation: BangaloreYears of Experience: 7+ yearsEmployment Type: Full -time, PermanentKey Relationships: VP - Engineering We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our global infrastructure initiatives. You will drive scalable infrastructure setup across diverse geographies for data residency, lead improvements in cost -efficiency, and design robust systems for monitoring, alerting, and deployment automation. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to long -term DevOps strategy. Key Responsibilities• Design and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure, including AWS and country -specific data centers.• Lead the planning and rollout of AWS Outposts and in -country compute/storage, ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are met.• Own the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy for Qure.AI, defining standards and managing implementation with Terraform, CloudFormation, and related tools to automate full lifecycle management.• Drive enhancements to CI/CD pipelines (Bazel, Jenkins), ensuring rapid and stable delivery while introducing best practices such as canary deployments, rollback mechanisms, and test automation.• Build end -to -end observability across infrastructure and applications. • Define SLOs, configure monitoring/alerting systems (Zabbix, Datadog), and ensure logs are usable for real -time debugging and compliance.• Develop system -wide alerting frameworks integrated with escalation workflows and incident response playbooks to enable fast recovery and minimal downtime.• Collaborate closely with the engineering, QA, and support teams to analyze system performance, generate insights from usage data, and drive cross -functional improvements.• Lead containerization and orchestration initiatives, including managing Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, deployment templates, and scaling strategies.• Take full ownership of infrastructure security, including managing secrets, enforcing RBAC policies, integrating with IAM platforms, and aligning withstandards like HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO27001.• Identify and execute cost -saving opportunities, such as setting intelligent lifecycle rules for S3, archiving cold data to Glacier, optimizing compute resource usage, and improving scaling policies.• Coach and mentor junior DevOps engineers, establish team best practices, and contribute to hiring and onboarding. RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in software engineering and in -depth knowledge of AWS.• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.• Proficiency with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, IaC (Infrastructure as Code), and automation tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.• Excellent problem -solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of effectively collaborating in cross -functional teams and taking a proactive approach to initiate and manage projects. Preferred Skills• Experience in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of compliance and security requirements.• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.• Software development experience in Python, JavaScript, or ReactJS would be a significant plus.
