1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates for plant-level positions.
  • Manage onboarding formalities and induction for new employees.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support:

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and overtime.
  • Ensure timely inputs for payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS/ERP system.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare:

  • Organize employee engagement activities, cultural events, and celebrations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
  • Address employee queries and ensure welfare facilities at the plant.

4. Training & Development:

  • Coordinate technical and behavioral training sessions.
  • Track training attendance and maintain records.

5. Compliance & Statutory:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
  • Liaise with government officials and handle inspections as required.
  • Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.

6. Performance Management:

  • Support in appraisal process, goal setting, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with managers for feedback and evaluation.

7. General HR Administration:

  • Handle HR documentation, letters, and employee communication.
  • Support HR audits and reports.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment in coordination with EHS team.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws & statutory compliance.
  • Problem-solving and employee relation handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS systems.
