Responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging designs for digital courses, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and promotional materials
  • Support the marketing team with creatives for campaigns, ads, and events
  • Design graphics that align with brand identity guidelines and enhance overall brand communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academics, product) to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions
  • Edit and repurpose existing creatives as per campaign needs
  • Stay updated with design trends and suggest new ideas for creative execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • 2–4 years
    of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work (digital, print, or social media)
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of
    Canva
    or
    Figma
    is a plus
  • Creativity with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency
  • Ability to multitask and deliver quality work within deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma
    in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
