About the Role

Fig Advisory is seeking 2 growth-minded Digital Marketing Specialists to join our rapidly expanding team at our Mohali, India office. In this full-time role, you will be the driving force behind multiple SEO and digital marketing projects for various clients, delivering actionable value and measurable growth.

This is a results-focused role where your expertise will directly impact client success and your own career trajectory.

What You'll Be Doing

• SEO Project Management Handle multiple SEO campaigns across different clients and industries simultaneously
• Technical & On-Page SEO – Run comprehensive audits and implement fixes that actually move the needle
• Performance Optimization – Optimize site structure, speed, content, schema markup, and internal linking strategies
• Competitive Analysis – Track rankings, analyze competitors, and develop strategies to outperform them
• Digital Advertising – Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaigns for integrated growth
• Tools Mastery – Own and leverage GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other premium SEO tools
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with developers, designers, and content writers to execute seamless campaigns
• Results Reporting – Deliver monthly reports with proof of real growth and actionable insights
• Continuous Learning – Stay ahead of algorithm changes because Google doesn't stand still and neither do we

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of real digital marketing experience – not just reading blogs, but actual hands-on campaign management
• SEO expertise – confident with on-site, technical SEO, and content optimization strategies
• Paid Advertising Knowledge – experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media advertising
• Technical Skills – comfortable with HTML tags, meta descriptions, structured data, and basic analytics
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – this is non-negotiable
• Multi-project management – proven ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-driven mindset – you see what needs to be done and execute without constant supervision
• Growth obsession – you're hungry to learn, improve, and advance your career

• Successfully ranked websites in competitive niches
• Experience with international SEO and Australian market knowledge
• Familiarity with conversion optimization and lead generation
