Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainee located in Nashik. The Sales Trainee will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products. Daily tasks include assisting in sales processes, participating in training sessions, supporting sales management, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. The role requires a proactive approach in understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Experience in Training and developing sales techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
