Job Description: Team Leader (TL) Painting Services

Job Summary:
The Team Leader (TL) is responsible for managing and coordinating field survey
operations, ensuring timely execution of site visits, and maintaining high standards of
customer service and project delivery. The role involves close collaboration with surveyors,
contractors, and internal teams to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Survey & Assignment Management
•

Monitor daily survey schedules and ensure surveyors are assigned appropriately.
Coordinate with the Contact Centre to reassign surveyors in case of absenteeism or
leave.

Follow up with surveyors for pending leads where survey time has lapsed.
Project Planning & Execution
•

Liaise with PCP/PCSP to explain estimates and secure consensus for site execution.
Prepare detailed project plans aligned with approved estimates.
Assign site visits as per TL checklist.
Site Coordination

Contact contractors on Day 0 to confirm material delivery and crew assignment.
Conduct at least one site visit during project execution.
Daily follow-up with contractors on site progress and next-day crew details.
Quality & Customer Engagement

Ensure QC remarks are addressed and obtain customer sign-off via Pulse.
Engage in daily customer conversion discussions and follow-ups.
Reporting & Communication
•
•
Prepare and share reports, MIS, and internal communications.
Participate in reviews with TSM/ASM and other stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities

Conduct site visits for potential conversions.
Shadow surveyors and oversee selected surveys for quality assurance.
