About Us:

We are a leading provider of Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP) therapy in India, with a legacy of excellence in patient care, system distribution, and technical service. As we expand and streamline our service operations, we are looking for a skilled and committed Service Manager to lead our EECP system maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of EECP system servicing – including electronic diagnostics, circuit board handling, and mechanical maintenance.

Troubleshoot and repair EECP machines across multiple client locations and ensure minimum system downtime.

Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for technical support, spare parts, and upgrades.

Train and guide a team of service technicians and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Maintain service records, prepare reports, and ensure proper documentation of machine history and client communications.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

Provide remote or on-site support to customers, including technical demos and user training when required.

Ensure inventory of service spares is managed effectively.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in medical equipment servicing, preferably EECP or similar systems.

Strong knowledge of electronic boards, sensors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical components.

Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and service manuals.

Good communication skills to handle client interactions professionally.

Willingness to travel for on-site service calls across regions.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with EECP systems is a significant advantage.

Familiarity with AMC processes, spare parts logistics, and customer complaint resolution.

Ability to lead and manage a technical support team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
