JD for Tax Research Analyst -Key Responsibilities: UnclaimedProperty Tax Prepare and file UnclaimedProperty Tax returns for multiple states in accordance with statutorydeadlines Review company records toidentify reportable unclaimed property. Coordinate with internaldepartments to gather and validate data for reporting. Maintain accurate filingdocumentation and audit trails. Monitor changes in stateunclaimed property laws and reporting requirements. Respond to state correspondenceand assist with audits as needed. RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Sales & UseTax returns Prepare and file Sales &Use Tax returns for multiple states and local jurisdictions. Ensure timely and accuratesubmission of all tax filings and payments. Reconcile tax accounts andreview data for accuracy before filing. Maintain detailed records ofall filings, notices, and correspondence. Research and stay updated onchanges in Sales & Use Tax regulations. Coordinate with internal teamsto gather sales data and transaction reports. Assist with audits and respondto state or local tax authority inquiries.Key Responsibilities: Business &Personal Property Tax Returns Prepare Business personalproperty tax returns working for companies' various property across U.S. statesand counties. Reconcile fixed asset data toensure accuracy before filing. Track assessment notices,filing deadlines, and tax bills. Communicate with state andlocal tax authorities if needed. Maintain accurate documentationfor audits and compliance purposes. Monitor changes in property taxregulations and update filing processes accordingly. Support appeals and assessmentreviews when necessary. Qualifications:·       Bachelor's degree inaccounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).·       1–3 years of experience withunclaimed property, Sales & Use and property tax compliance Tax complianceor tax filing.·       Strong knowledge ofstate -specific unclaimed property reporting processes.·       Excellent analytical andorganizational skills.·       Proficiency with MicrosoftExcel and familiarity with SOVOS will be added advantage.·       Ability to manage multipledeadlines and maintain attention to detail.Preferred Skills:·       Experience working withmulti -state unclaimed property reporting.·       Prior experience in corporatetax or compliance functions.·       Excellent attention to detailand organizational abilitieAbility to manage multiple filings and meet strict deadlines.
