What You'll Be Doing

  • As a Website Development Intern, you'll get hands-on experience building, experimenting, and innovating on Replit to design functional, engaging, and aesthetic web experiences. This role is perfect for someone who not only enjoys the mechanics of development but also has a strong eye for design and curiosity about how technology and AI can create memorable user journeys.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Website Development on Replit: Designing, building, and refining web pages that bring Mentoria's brand and purpose to life.
  • UI/UX Thinking: Using your marketing and design sensibilities to create experiences that are not only functional but also visually compelling and user-friendly.
  • Experimentation with AI: Exploring ways to integrate AI tools or workflows into web experiences, whether in design, personalization, or interactivity.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure the website reflects the brand's tone, storytelling, and goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying curious and experimenting with new tools, design trends, and web features to push creative boundaries.
