In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through the final admission process. Key Responsibilities

• Admissions Coordination: Actively assist in managing and executing the complete student admission cycle.
• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main coordinator between the institution, parents, and students.
• Communication: Handle all admission-related inquiries (via phone, email, and in-person) with professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate student records and application statuses using CRM tools and MS Office.
• Process Efficiency: Support the team in ensuring the admission process is smooth, efficient, and meets organizational timelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and regional language proficiency is a plus).
• Technical Proficiency: Competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience or familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a proactive, dynamic approach to problem-solving.
• Availability: Must be able to work the required day/morning shift, in-person at our Kottayam location.
