Duty Manager:Female

Job Summary:

The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the property during their shift. This role involves overseeing staff, handling guest issues, ensuring service standards, and acting as the senior representative on site in the absence of senior management. The Duty Manager ensures that all departments operate efficiently and guest satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations across all departments during the shift.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests in the absence of senior management.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property walks to monitor cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, maintenance, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle emergency situations (e.g., medical emergencies, fire alarms, evacuations) and ensure proper incident reporting.
• Prepare and submit shift reports to senior management with detailed updates on operations, incidents, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and support junior staff and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure all security checks are completed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, etc.).
• Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
