Job Description :

  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Ariba Support Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Ariba solutions, with a focus on providing technical and functional support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations of procurement and supply chain processes.

  • The candidate should be proficient in the following areas : 1.

SAP Ariba Procurement2. SAP Ariba Sourcing3. Supply Chain Collaboration3. Guided Buying

  • SAP Ariba Application Support : Provide day-to-day support for SAP Ariba modules, including sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and contract management.
  • Resolve incidents, address service requests, and manage change requests within defined SLAs.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Investigate, analyse, and resolve functional and technical issues reported by users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration issues with SAP ERP, non-SAP systems, or other procurement tools.

  • System Configuration and Maintenance : Support configuration changes in SAP Ariba to meet evolving business requirements.

Assist in maintaining master data, catalogs, templates, and approval workflows.

  • Stakeholder Interaction : Act as a liaison between the business users and the technical team.

Provide guidance and training to end users on SAP Ariba functionalities and best practices.

  • Process Improvements : Identify areas for optimization and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of procurement processes.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, issue resolutions, and process changes.

Generate periodic reports on system performance and support activities.
