Job Title: Lead Backend Developer C#/.NET

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Backend Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes. This role involves designing scalable backend systems, mentoring developers, and actively contributing to coding and architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable backend services using C#/.NET Core.
  • Architect and implement microservices with high performance and reliability.
  • Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes and containerized environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product managers.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence.
  • Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
  • Ensure backend systems are secure, resilient, and maintainable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of backend development experience with C#/.NET Core.
  • Strong experience in designing and building microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Interview Process:

  1. Written Technical Test Assessing core backend and C#/.NET skills.
  2. Technical Interview Round 1 Deep dive into backend architecture, microservices, and Kubernetes.
  3. Technical Interview Round 2 Hands-on coding, problem-solving, and system design discussion.
