Lead Analyzer Engineer

Job Requirements
Role and Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 3-4 engineers for execution of projects.
• Primarily responsible for delivering projects of good quality and on time delivery. 
• Take ownership and responsibility of assigned task.
• Support team in analyzing requirements and deriving project solutions.
• Interact with customers to present technical solutions and verify the technical aspect of project.
• Build customer relations through good interactions and responsiveness.
• Adhere to ISO/quality and technical standards of Quest in execution of the project.

Required SKILLS:

• Familiar with ISA, IEC, ASME, CE and others related standards.
• Knowledge of Hazardous Area Classifications, ATEX, IP ratings.
• Review vendors'/sub-vendors' technical drawings/documents.
• Maintenance & Calibration: Skilled in maintaining and calibrating gas chromatography systems, DPTs, LTs, PTs, and control valves.
• Installation & Commissioning: Experienced in setting up online process analyzers and ensuring system integrity.
• Troubleshooting & Analysis: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving instrumentation issues, performing cause-effect testing, and logic checks.
• Safety Compliance: Strong understanding of Environmental Health & Safety protocols; experienced in SOP implementation and SAP (MM/PM) documentation
• To be able to Work independently & complete the assigned task, interact with customer for scope understanding technical discussion and clarifications.
• Good working knowledge on below Analyzers
  • Siemens MAXUM 2, Ametek, Sick Maihak, Emerson X-Stream, ABB, Yokogawa
  • Gas Chromatography: Siemens MAXUM 2, Rosemount Daniel 500 & 700XA, Yokogawa 1000 & 8000, ABB 2000 & 5000
  • Moisture Analyzers: Ametek (5000, OLV, SLR), Xenture, GE Sensing
  • Continuous Emission Monitoring: Sick Maihak D4, Sick Maihak UNOR
  • Oxygen Analyzers: Ametek WDG 4 and 5, Emerson 4000 series, Servomex, ABB
  • Environmental and Safety Analyzers: Thermo Scientific (SOx, NOx), Teledyne, SICK MAHAK
  • Hydrogen Analyzers: Emerson X-Stream, CAT 100
  • Other Specialized Analyzers: RON (ABB), TOC (Forbes Marshall, Emerson), Conductivity and pH (Rosemount, Honeywell, Yokogawa, E&H), SPM (Sick Maihak, Environment SA)
  • Expert in SRU Plant Ametek Analyzers (900,931,932,932S Models )
• Process focuses and continuous improvement orientation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

B.E/B.Tech/BS (Instrumentation & Control) having 8-12 years of work experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/LNG industry

Preferred Skills

• SAP PM/MM Modules
• AAMP
• Problem solving ability.
• Fluent English written and oral communication / interpersonal skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams.
