Job Description:

KSVK International School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions Counsellor (CBSE) to manage and support the school's admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling admission enquiries, engaging with parents, coordinating campus visits, and ensuring a smooth and professional admission experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a parent-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle admission enquiries received through phone calls, website forms, emails, and walk-in parents
  • Proactively contact and follow up with all enquiries to provide accurate and complete information about the school
  • Counsel parents on the CBSE curriculum, school policies, facilities, and admission procedures
  • Schedule and coordinate campus visits, student entrance tests, and meetings with the Principal
  • Conduct campus tours for parents and guide them through the admission process
  • Maintain and update accurate admission records as per the school's admission workflow
  • Track the status of each application and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Prepare and submit daily enquiry and admission status reports to the management
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of new admissions
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times
  • Support admission-related events, open houses, and promotional activities when required

Eligibility Criteria (MUST HAVE):

  • Any graduate degree (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Admissions Counsellor or similar role (preferably in a CBSE school)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic computer applications
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a parent-friendly and service-oriented attitude

Salary:

₹35,000+ per month (based on experience and skill set)
