Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Volunteer Senior Software Engineer at AlgoRythm. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, implementing software solutions, and collaborating with AI-driven initiatives. The role involves working closely with AI models to integrate, fine-tune, and deploy scalable applications. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Software Development, Programming, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development and Computer Science fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for AI and innovation
  • Experience with AI models and autonomous systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
