Urgently Hiring for Tele marketing Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
  • Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase products or services.
  • Answer incoming calls from interested customers and provide information.
  • Handle customer objections and questions professionally.
  • Record customer information and responses accurately in the system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Proficiency in using telemarketing software and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
