- Must have led a team of minimum 5 members for any organization
- In-depth knowledge and working experience on on-premise Exchange , O365 services (Email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business).
- Candidate should be capable of handling team members, mentor them and be the technical point of contact for internal and customer.
- Monitor, Administer, Troubleshoot and provide L1/L2/L3-Server Level of support for Email infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Exchange Server, O365 and SharePoint, Teams and One Drive for Business for a user base spread across multiple environments and time zones.
- Responsible for Incident Management i.e. troubleshooting and leading critical or urgent issues on email and mobility infrastructure and driving them to resolution as per the agreed SLAs with customer.
- Manage Exchange Load Balancer (Hardware Load Balancer & WNLB).
- Managing of Email gateways such as ProofPoint.
- Performing successfully configuration changes to the infrastructure within the defined maintenance schedules. E.g., OS and Application Patches Roll-Ups, Upgrades, etc.
- Perform duties such as Setting up Mailboxes, Site Collections, Device Enrollments / Mailbox Restorations - Disaster Recovery / Redundant Environment Setup / Configuration / Administration, Scripting Languages: PowerShell.
- Support Knowledge Management initiative and assist Problem Manager with creation of SOPs/ KBs for Known Error Database.
- Keeping updated with the latest features and solutions for the products supported, and up-skilling as and when Program demands.
- Ensure 24x7 availability and ready to do rotational shift.
Skills:
- Candidate should have a solid knowledge and experience on O365 and Proofpoint administration, management and troubleshooting, for Clients/users spread globally.
- Candidate should be well aware and experienced in Office 365 concepts
- M365 based messaging and collaboration availability and security, including those involving user accounts, shared folders/calendars, mailing lists, and Outlook Web Access.
- Perform technical administrative tasks on a daily basis to ensure the stability and availability of M365, troubleshooting service, mail routing and other related issues.
- Responsible to implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure Email security through secure access & monitoring, control, and routine security evaluations.
- Proven experience with Operations and Process control knowledge, such as ITIL and Six Sigma concepts.
- Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in an environment of rapid technological and business change while maintaining enthusiasm and displaying sound judgment.
- A team player with ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
