Strategic Finance Analyst – Financial Modelling + Power BI + Figma/Keynote

Emirates Worldwide Group | Full-Time | Indore / Remote Hybrid

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, cross-functional strategic role for a highly skilled candidate who can combine:

• Advanced Financial Modelling (IRR, Waterfall, Buyback, Valuation)
• Power BI Dashboard Development
• High-end Investor Presentation Design (Keynote + Figma)
• Strategic business understanding across real estate, hospitality, tech & GCC markets

You will work directly with senior management, investor groups, celebrity partner teams, and GCC strategic advisors on multi-city, multi-sector projects — including Palm Jumeirah–style smart townships, hospitality assets, celebrity partnerships, and platform-level investments.

This is not a traditional finance job.

This is a strategic, creative, modelling + design + BI role meant for elite talent who can think, build, design, and present at global standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Modelling (Core Responsibility)

2. Build complex IRR, DCF, Equity IRR, and Project Finance models

3. Develop private equity–style waterfall structures
4. Model celebrity carry structures, buyback valuations & ESOP-style structures
5. Multi-SPV and platform-level valuation models
6. P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow forecasting
7. Sensitivity, scenario modelling, and risk stress tests

8. Financial feasibility analysis for smart townships, hospitality, tech & infra assets

9. Business Intelligence (Power BI)

10. Build interactive dashboards for:

11. Sales velocity
12. Cashflow vs budget
13. IRR performance
14. Investor dashboards
15. Celebrity carry dashboards
16. Create DAX-based calculated fields
17. Integrate Excel models with Power BI

18. Standardize MIS automation

19. Presentation Design (Keynote + Figma)

20. Convert financial models into visually strong investor presentations

21. Build premium pitch decks for:
22. GCC investors
23. Celebrity partners
24. Private equity firms
25. Board-level discussions
26. Design UI-style visuals in Figma for township concepts, smart-living features, hospitality concepts

27. Maintain a clean, consistent brand language across presentations

28. Strategic Analysis & Market Research

29. Benchmark comparable projects

30. Prepare India + GCC financial comparatives
31. Prepare economic, demographic, and feasibility studies

32. Support senior management in business planning and investor negotiations

33. Cross-Functional Coordination

34. Work with architectural, marketing, and project teams to integrate data

35. Consolidate multi-department inputs into unified models and dashboards
36. Assist with investor meetings, roadshows, and stakeholder communication

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Technical Skills

Expert-level Excel – INDEX/MATCH, Offset, Data Tables, XIRR, IRR

Ability to build complex multi-sheet financial models from scratch

Strong Power BI skills (DAX, dynamic dashboards)

Presentation excellence – Apple Keynote (must)

Figma – wireframes, UI layouts, deck design elements

Understanding of real estate, hospitality, infra or platform businesses

Preferred Backgrounds

• Investment Banking (IB)
• Private Equity / Venture Capital
• Real estate strategy / hospitality finance
• Big-4 valuation teams
• Strategy/BI roles in high-growth startups

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2 to 7 years total experience
• Strong portfolio of models + decks + dashboards is mandatory
• Experience with IRR and equity structuring is highly preferred
• Experience working directly with founders / CXOs is an advantage

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary based on skills:

₹6 LPA – ₹18 LPA + performance-based incentives
