About The Opportunity
Operating in the IT services and data engineering sector, we deliver enterprise-grade data integration, data warehousing, and analytics solutions for clients across finance, retail, and healthcare. Our teams design, build, and support high-throughput ETL pipelines that feed BI platforms and advanced analytics.

Role: Senior ETL Developer (Hybrid — India). Join a delivery-focused engineering team responsible for designing scalable ETL solutions, improving data quality, and enabling timely business insights.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the enterprise data warehouse.
  • Author performant ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica (or equivalent), ensuring reliability, recovery, and low-latency processing.
  • Optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries; tune ETL jobs and database operations to meet SLAs for batch and near-real-time loads.
  • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and application teams to translate business requirements into robust data models and ingestion patterns.
  • Implement unit and integration tests, maintain version control, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployments.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues, create runbooks, and improve observability and alerting for data pipelines.

Additional Qualifications
: 5+ years of hands-on ETL development experience in enterprise environments; experience working in hybrid/remote delivery models; strong familiarity with data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas), batch scheduling tools, and basic CI/CD practices.
