Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Black Line Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to support the
Reckitt Account
, focusing on
Finance Group (FG) IDs
and end-to-end Black Line implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial close processes, system integrations, and automation within the Black Line platform.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in financial systems or process improvement.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Black Line implementation (end-to-end configuration).
  • Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
  • Experience integrating Black Line with SAP/other ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Added advantage: Experience with intercompany accounting processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage
    Black Line implementation and configuration
    for the Reckitt account, including setup of
    FG IDs
    and related structures.
  • Ensure accurate integration of Black Line with
    SAP/ERP systems
    to support reconciliation and closing activities.
  • Partner with finance, IT, and global process owners to
    streamline and automate financial close processes
    .
  • Provide
    functional expertise and user support
    during implementation and stabilization phases.
  • Conduct
    training sessions
    for finance users and ensure adoption of best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve system or process issues related to Black Line functionalities
