We are looking for a skilled and imaginative
Jewellery & Accessories Designer
to develop unique, handcrafted designs that reflect our brands bohemian and artisanal identity. The role is focused on
product development
—from concept sketches to sampling—across jewellery and accessory categories such as earrings, necklaces, bags, charms, and textile-based add-ons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design original jewellery and accessories that combine bohemian aesthetics with refined craftsmanship.
• Create detailed hand sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for sampling.
• Research seasonal trends, materials, techniques, and crafts relevant to the brand.
• Coordinate with sampling units and artisan teams to translate designs into prototypes.
• Work with a variety of materials including metals, beads, textiles, stones, threads, and trims.
• Develop and maintain design documentation including spec sheets and material lists.
• Ensure consistency in quality, functionality, and finish during the design process.
• Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot design or construction issues.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design, Accessory Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in jewellery/accessory design (handmade, fashion, or craft-based).
• Strong sketching ability (manual or digital); knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools is a plus.
• Deep interest in artisan techniques, slow fashion, and bohemian design language.
• Understanding of basic construction and material behavior for both hard and soft accessories.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through from concept to sampling.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Familiarity with working with artisan or small-scale workshops.
• Exposure to both jewellery and non-jewellery accessory design (bags, charms, trims, etc.).
• Comfortable managing multiple design briefs and sample timelines.
