Desired Profile:

Very Strong In Core Java / J2ee Fundamentals.

Very Good Analytical Skills And Problem-Solving Ability A Must.

Should Have Expertise In Any Of The Two Following Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Struts.

Good Experience With Web Services Or JMS Is A Plus.

Very Good Communication Skills.

Knowledge On Agile Development Methodology Is A Plus.

Must Be Capable Of Doing Code Reviews And Mentoring The Junior Developers To Drive Towards High Quality Deliverables.

Strong Background Culture Of Delivering Projects With First Time Right / Zero Defects In Production.
