About the Role:

As a Meditation Intern, youll help individuals reduce stress, improve focus, and achieve emotional balance through guided practices. You'll work with participants to create customized meditation plans for mental clarity and calm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead guided meditation sessions online.
  • Design short meditation routines for different needs (stress relief, focus, sleep).
  • Work with the wellness team to integrate meditation with yoga/fitness plans.
  • Contribute to content around mindfulness and mental health.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of meditation and mindfulness practices.
  • Calm, empathetic personality with good communication skills.
  • Certification in meditation/mindfulness (bonus).
