Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) located in Ranchi. As a DET, you will assist in project execution, site supervision, and quality assurance to ensure timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also gain practical knowledge while working on large-scale projects and will be expected to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills, project coordination, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD or construction project management software is a plus
• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
