Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing projects to achieve desired outcomes efficiently.

  • Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging in technical aspects or client interactions to ensure project deliverables meet technical requirements and client expectations.

· Lead and manage the web development team.

· Oversee the technical strategy for web development projects.

· Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.

· Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

· Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and trends.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
