Job Title: Assistant Teacher

Job Summary:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and supporting students learning and well-being across academic and co-curricular areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the main teacher in lesson planning, classroom management, and student supervision.
  • Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning aids.
  • Provide individual attention to students who need extra help.
  • Assist in maintaining student records, attendance, and assessments.
  • Accompany students during school activities, events, and excursions.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure safety and hygiene in the classroom.
  • Coordinate with other teachers and staff for smooth execution of school programs.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate with B.Ed. / NTT / D.El.Ed. (as applicable).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge and classroom management skills.
