Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Programme (HoP) to lead the School of Business delivering Pearson Higher National programmes. The ideal candidate will provide academic leadership, ensure compliance with Pearson standards, and oversee faculty and curriculum development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Programme Leaders, Lecturers, and Associate Faculty.
  • Ensure full compliance with Pearson academic and assessment requirements.
  • Oversee academic planning, curriculum design, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external Pearson representatives.
  • Drive improvements in teaching quality, assessment, and student outcomes.
  • Mentor faculty and promote scholarship and research activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business / Management or related discipline (PhD preferred).
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in higher education, with 2+ years in academic leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Pearson / UK Higher Education frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
