Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technician, based in Mysore. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for operating laboratory equipment, conducting diagnostic tests, maintaining quality control, analyzing test results, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols. Additionally, the role includes routine maintenance of laboratory tools and effective communication of results with the medical team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Equipment handling and operations
• Strong Laboratory Skills and knowledge of Laboratory Technician protocols
• Experience with Quality Control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Analytical Skills to interpret and analyze diagnostic test results
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards
• Relevant certifications or degree in medical laboratory technology or related field
• Prior experience in laboratory diagnostics or healthcare labs is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
