Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute all finishing activities including masonry, plastering, false ceiling, painting, flooring, cladding, joinery, and MEP finishing coordination.
  • Ensure that all finishing works adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and luxury standards defined for the Soho project.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to resolve finishing-related technical issues.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and quality workmanship.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines while raising RFIs and tracking snag lists till closure.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and mock-up approvals for finishing works before final handover.
  • Implement best practices in safety, quality, and sustainability throughout project execution.
  • Maintain finishing documentation including checklists, quality reports, and compliance records.
  • Work closely with project managers and planning teams to align finishing execution with overall project milestones.
