Technical Architect (12+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience in designing and modernizing enterprise applications. This role involves modernizing legacy systems, driving cloud migration strategies, and working in hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on coding skills, deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and modern frameworks, along with proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS etc.), DevOps, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native architectures.
  • Define and execute cloud migration strategies for hybrid environments.
  • Design microservices and event-driven architectures for scalability and resilience.
  • Create and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to align teams.
  • Actively code in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and React/Angular.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs for services.
  • Architect solutions on AWS and GCP.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Ensure containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins.
  • Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate delivery concepts and influence teams.
  • Define and implement comprehensive monitoring and observability strategies using industry-standard tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and distributed systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years in software development and architecture roles.
  • Programming: Java, Spring Boot, Python, React/Angular, SQL.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP.
  • IaC: Terraform.
  • DevOps Tools: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven systems.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to influence teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using frameworks such as Key cloak, Auth0, or similar.
  • Exposure to Generative AI and agentic frameworks.
  • Experience working in Scrum or Scaled Agile frameworks.
