SITE ENGINEER - PEB

  • Overseeing the direction of a project, ensuring that teams complete it according to the company standard and clients requirements.
  • Reviewing progress and meeting with contractors.
  • Finding solutions to problems that occur throughout the project.
  • Performing regular safety inspections.
  • Lesioning with contractors and clients.
  • Selecting right tools and materials for project.
  • Preparing and checking project drawings and reports.
  • Writing up progress reports and other documentation.
  • Hiring team members and contractors to work on the project.
  • Preparing budgets and making sure the team uses them in the most economical way.
  • Provide high level customer service and ensure compliance to all companys rules and regulations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer enquiries in responsive manner.
  • Manage daily on-site operations such as headcount, check-ins of employees to ensure staffs availability during working hours.
  • Organize project review meetings with clients to improve performance continuously and qualitatively.
  • Monitor all project activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and management to plan activities for higher productivity on site.
  • Provide orientation to employees in terms of company values and culture to affiliate employees as per organizational requirement.
