Job Title: Associate Project ManagerLocation: Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, CoimbatoreJob Summary: The Associate Project Manager will assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and overall execution. This role will support project leads by ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to, while providing regular status updates to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:Assist in defining project timelines and managing budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within allocated resources.

Work closely with project leads to monitor progress and hold them accountable for meeting milestones, deadlines, and budget targets. Create and maintain comprehensive project status reports, communicating progress, challenges, and risks to clients and stakeholders. Support the implementation of best practices for project management, ensuring consistent methodologies are used across projects.

Identify potential project risks and issues early, and work with relevant teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain proper project documentation, including meeting notes, timelines, action items, and any change requests. Monitor weekly activity against cost models and budgets ensuring proper allocation of resources.

Support scheduling of resources across the practice projects and in alignment with project needs. Work with project teams to prepare draft deliverables (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for client presentation. Required Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Planner, DevOps)Detail-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and budgets

Preferred Skills:Experience with Agile project management

Basic understanding of project budgeting and financial managementPMP or equivalent certifications in project management principles is an asset Good and proactive communication is key
