Position: Senior DevOps Engineer

Experience: 5–10 Years

Work Location: Hyderabad (Hitech City)

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Interview Process: 1 Virtual Round + 1 In-Person Round

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and refine CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployments.
  • Operate and scale AWS ECS/EKS clusters for containerized applications.
  • Establish strong monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks for complete observability.
  • Ensure platform security aligned with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards.
  • Automate cloud infrastructure via Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Continuously analyze system performance and optimize AWS spend.
  • Partner with development teams to enhance productivity and provide self-service tooling.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem creation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Solid foundation in observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
  • Hands-on with IaC — Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps, etc.).
  • Experience managing Jenkins pipelines at scale.
  • Exposure to HIPAA/SOC2 security automation.
  • Cloud cost optimization background.
  • Good understanding of networking, secrets management, and incident response.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
