General Description:Develop and drive sales of specialty ingredients, pharma actives, and food additives in cosmeceutical, personal care, health, and nutraceutical industries for KOPL India and outsourced products.
Prepare and achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sales revenue targets monthly and yearly.
Coordinate AOP preparation, budget planning, monitoring, and pricing strategies for KOPL HO and outsourced/trading products.
Develop customers and distributor networks in the South region; support marketing and technical needs.
Conduct daily customer visits, update CRM, build strong customer relationships, and represent KOPL at industry events.
Manage CRM entries, market research, competitor data, and sales forecasting; review CRM reports with cross-functional teams.
Prepare monthly cash flow, expenditure, and profit reports; oversee payment collections and debtor/creditor management.
Plan and execute marketing activities including advertisements, new product promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
Assist in inventory management and regulatory product registrations for the region.
Coordinate logistics and dispatch activities ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Generate daily sales reports and maintain CRM database diligently.
General Description
Responsible for meeting annual sales targets of approximately 54 products in the South Indian market.
Lead market development, customer acquisition, distributor management, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate closely with global sales, marketing, manufacturing, procurement, and regulatory teams.
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales pipeline.
Represent company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.Drive marketing and digital campaigns to support product promotion and market penetration.
Oversee financial aspects including cash flow, budgeting, and payment collections.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate logistics operations.
