Location: Sirohi, Rajasthan

Position: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) – Solar Technician

Site Type: Ground-Mounted Solar Power Plant

Experience Required:

6 months to 1 year (specifically in ground-mounted solar sites)

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and fix faults on both AC and DC sides of the solar power system.
  • Maintain and update plant performance reports; coordinate with the operations team.
  • Possess sound knowledge of electrical components and systems—transformers, VCBs, inverters, solar PV modules, etc.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per SOPs.
  • Follow safety protocols and industry best practices for all O&M tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
