Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description:
- Troubleshooting and repair of computers and debugging performance issues.
- Managing and handling computer peripherals and software.
- Performing tests of new hardware and software
- Providing technical support for hardware issues
- Evaluate new technologies and determining whether they can be integrated into existing computer systems. They must consider factors such as compatibility, performance, and cost when evaluating new technologies.
- Purchasing of computer peripherals after deep study and market research.
- Trouble shooting of Networking and Internet related issue.
- Proper handling of CCTV cameras, Bio matrix machines and intercom phones.
- Day to day arrangement of computer consumable items like cartridge.
- Managing of software s licenses and renewals.
- Timely payments of AMC's phones bills and internet bills.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and common networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS).
